Chicken piccata can't have all the fun! We top our incredibly delicious cauliflower schnitzel in a luscious leeks-and-veg-broth based sauce with tons of tiny Salina capers and grilled lemon wedges. Lest we forget the addition of grated parmesan to bring the whole dish home! The combination creates the most gorgeous choreographed dance among tangy, briny and rich, plus a heaping handful of fluffy sautéed greens to sop up every last lick of flavor. A Ssere staple, indeed!
