fourth trimester meal plan

This 40-day plan is designed to nourish women in their 4th trimeter, after giving birth. Meals provided will encourage healing, soothing, lactation production, and general wellbeing. Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are provided. Dietary restrictions will be honored.
