A vegetarian version of a beloved comfort food. Cauliflower steaks are seasoned and par-cooked before before being smothered in DOP-certified San Marzano tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella, parmesan, and baked for bubbly/melty perfection. And because no dish would be a Ssere dish without tons of veg, we've serving our parm with a mixed of sautéed kale and spaghetti squash.
