Our kale greek salad is a mix of massaged shredded kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, kalamata olives, house made almond feta (a MUST try!), pepperoncini, and 6 ounces of lemon-roasted salmon (the fish on the bottom so to not soggy all the other goodies). We serve it with our zesty oregano vinaigrette, which features dried oregano from Sicily!
