Our vegan mushroom patty is a hearty mix of sautéed shrooms, onions and garlic, pulsed to perfection with tiger nut flour, oat flour, GF breadcrumbs and herbs and spices, then baked with melted swiss cheese. If this wasn't enough, it is served with sautéed haricot vert and shallots, a homemade beetroot ketchup for your dipping pleasure, and enough micro-greens to suggest its a salad.
