niçoise salad with dijon vinaigrette

Our rainbow niçoise salad has seared wild tuna, hard-boiled eggs, blanched green beans, blanched purple potatoes, dry-cured black olives and cherry tomatoes. All of this is served on a bed of fluffy mixed greens and served with our house-made dijon vinaigrette.
