By request, this is Ssere's very first time ever offering an entree with gluten. So, of course, it's pasta! But this isn't just any pasta, this is Italian-imported Martelli pasta (aka the best of the best). If you are the type of person who can't digest gluten in the states, but does just fine in Italy, perhaps give this dish a try! And please let us know your thoughts on this offering (still deciding if it will be a regular occurrence)... Bottom line: You can't get more pure than Ssere's pasta!
