bronte tofu nuggets with arugula salad + tahini fig dip

Bronte is a town just north of Mt Etna in Sicily known for its prized pistachios. Our bronte tofu nuggets are coated in crushed pistachios and dried Sicilian oregano, making them the most luxurious of all our offered nuggets! The taste, too, is out of this world, as they're also seasoned tremendously in our signature 4some mix. To make it an entree, we serve these bad boys with a simple arugula and shaved veg salad, plus some homemade tahini fig dip.
