chicken marsala with cauli-corn polenta + sautéed greens

Ssere's take on chicken marsala! Organic 4some-seasoned chicken cutlets are seared and smothered in our homemade marsala sauce complete with caramelized baby bellos, then topped with crispy maitake mushrooms and micro greens. All this goodness is sopped up on a bed of hearty sautéed garlicky greens.

Ingredients: organic chicken breast, 4some, Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, baby bellos, maitake mushrooms, shallots, garlic, organic full fat guar gum free coconut milk, thyme, marsala wine, homemade vegetable broth, hearty greens (such as kale, spinach, collards, swiss chard), cauliflower, cornmeal, chicken stock
