Our mushroom patty is a hearty mix of sautéed shrooms, onions and garlic, pulsed to perfection with tiger nut flour, oat flour, GF breadcrumbs and herbs and spices, then topped with shredded swiss cheese. It is served with sautéed haricot vert, roasted cauliflower, a homemade caper tartar sauce for your dipping pleasure, and enough micro-greens to suggest its a salad.
