We love a seasonal salad! Our summer kale salad is a mixed of massaged shredded kale, crispy sugar snap peas, roasted fennel + their wispy fronds, fresh basil, grilled strawberries, charred corn cornbread croutons, and, for the vegetarian version, fava beans, black lentils, and feta cheese. We serve it with a side of our creamy balsamic dressing.
