We love a seasonal salad! Our summer kale salad is a mixed of massaged shredded kale, crispy sugar snap peas, roasted fennel + their wispy fronds, fresh torn basil, grilled strawberries, cornbread croutons, charred corn, and, for the non-vegetarian version, grilled chicken breast. We serve it with a side of our creamy balsamic dressing.
