Our vegan burger patty is a hearty mix of legumes, grains, veggies, pulsed to perfection with tiger nut flour, oat flour, GF breadcrumbs, herbs and spices, then baked with melted swiss cheese. If this wasn't enough, it is served with our signature roasted rainbow vegetables, a homemade garlic aioli, and enough micro-greens to suggest its a salad.
