One of the best flavor combinations, in our opinion, is the Spanish/Mediterranean-inspired dates, capers, olives, and oregano. This sweet/briny/salty/umani/fresh burst is then toss with saffron yellow rice, fistfuls of arugula, grilled halloumi, and fava beans. Consider every taste bud covered.
